Roberts Tate Continues to Grow
Roberts Tate is pleased to announce that Theresa Beaton and Daniel Strowe have been named partners in the firm.
Theresa Beaton represents companies and individuals in business and real property litigation matters in federal and state courts. She has extensive experience in civil disputes at the trial court and appellate levels, including those involving breach of contract, business disputes, noncompete covenants, fraud, estate and fiduciary disputes, real estate purchase and sale agreements, home defects, trespass, and nuisance, among others.
Daniel maintains a business litigation and transactional practice that focuses on advising and representing clients in a wide range of matters including business disputes, land use/zoning, contract preparation and review, commercial transactions, business entity formations, and permitting and regulatory issues at the state and local levels.
Additionally, Roberts Tate is pleased to announce that Lena Mirilovic has joined the firm in the Insurance Coverage practice group. Lena joins the firm as Of Counsel with broad experience in insurance coverage, complex civil, and commercial litigation matters. Her practice focuses on providing counseling and litigation services to insurers on professional liability, general liability, and cyber, technology, and media insurance issues. Prior to joining Roberts Tate, Lena practiced at Rumberger Kirk in Orlando, Florida, where she handled complex civil, commercial, and insurance coverage litigation matters. She began her legal career at Wiley Rein in Washington, DC, where she practiced in the firm’s insurance coverage group. Lena is admitted to practice law in Florida state courts, the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
