Aidan Farris

Aidan Farris is an associate in the firm who has experience in several areas of the law, including transactional matters, local government defense, tort litigation, business formations and litigation, probate matters, estate planning, and real estate disputes. She also assists clients in the drafting and preparation of employment contracts, pre and postnuptial agreements, easements and land use agreements, and various business documents, as well as in the securing of local permits and licenses.

Aidan is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia, as well as before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degrees in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. As a third-year law student, Aidan participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic and assisted in the preparation, filing, and arguing of a civil rights brief before the United States District Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit. Prior to joining Roberts Tate, LLC, Aidan worked as a junior associate with Cook & Tolley, LLP in Athens, Georgia and served as law clerk for Georgia Supreme Court Justice Charlie Bethel (then Georgia Court of Appeals Judge).

Aidan, her wife, and their three dogs reside in St. Marys, Georgia.
