Zach Waldrop


Zach is an associate at the firm. His practice focuses on complex business and real property litigation in federal and state courts. He assists clients with matters involving business torts, breach of contract, fraud, real estate, land use, and zoning, as well as ad valorem tax matters.

Prior to joining Roberts Tate, Zach received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Zach also graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. At Mississippi State, he was a Dean’s Scholar and a member of the Shackouls Honors College.

A native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Zach recently moved to St. Simons Island and enjoys the outdoors, watching football, and reading nonfiction.
