Brad Proctor, a Brunswick native, began his litigation career in the Atlanta area where his practice was focused on commercial, construction, and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Proctor has now returned to the Golden Isles where he joined Roberts Tate, LLC as an Associate in 2016. His practice remains broadly based in commercial litigation with practice areas including business disputes, real estate and construction disputes, ad valorem taxation issues, and creditor's rights.
Mr. Proctor is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Mr. Proctor earned his juris doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, he interned for the Honorable James E. Graham, Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Proctor attended Georgia Southern University where he majored in Finance and received his Bachelors of Business Administration, magna cum laude.
Mr. Proctor lives on St. Simons Island with his wife Margaret Anne, sons Jack and Ford, and dog Gus.
