Roberts Tate is proud to announce the addition of Brad Proctor, in the position of Associate. Brad, a Brunswick native, began his litigation career in the Atlanta area where his practice focused on commercial, construction and insurance defense litigation.
As an Associate for Roberts Tate, Brad's practice will continue to be broadly based in commercial litigation with a concentration in business disputes, real estate and construction disputes, ad valorem taxation issues and creditor's rights.
Mr. Proctor is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Brad earned his juris doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending, he interned for the Honorable James E. Graham, Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Proctor attended Georgia Southern University where he majored in Finance and received his Bachelors of Business Administration, magna cum laude.
Mr. Proctor resides on St. Simons Island with his wife Margaret Anne, sons Jack and Ford, and dog Gus.
